3/7/2025 Wellness Reads - March![]() In honor of Women's History Month, SCBTF is proud to share Sonoma County Library March's Wellness Reads "Rest is Resistance: A Manifesto" by Tricia Hersey. Tricia explores how our ability to rest, to dream, to vision new realities awake is not to be underestimated. The seeds that we plant in our dimensions of ease, of open possibilities, are the ones that blossom into the sweetest miracles within a society that needs us to forget our collective creative power. And so we rest knowing we are dreaming. We dream knowing we are growing. We grow knowing we are flying.
